    • Custom-made items, such as electric DB boxes tailored to specific requirements.
    • Perishable or consumable products.
    • Items not purchased directly from VoltzWire.pk.
    • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  3. Return Process

    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for sending back the item(s).

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
    • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges
